This month we had a great opportunity to collaborate with Betterview Counseling and Trauma Recovery to create a mural for their new location. Betterview Counseling and Trauma Recovery is a mental health practice dedicated to the effective and evidence-based treatment of a variety of mental health issues. Their aim is to reduce the stigma that is placed on mental health services and bring healthy mindfulness practices and improved mental stability to the forefront.
Betterview conveniently offers telehealth services only at this time and evening/weekend hours are available. They only use evidence-based practices and ensure that strict confidentiality is enforced. You can be assured that receiving services from Betterview is a step in the right direction.

My journey from basketball to fine arts is the soul of our company's story. I poured my heart into basketball, but everything changed when I received a gift of a paintset from my father. That moment ignited a deep passion within me, revealing a new path. Art became my sanctuary, a way to express my emotions and find solace amidst life's storms. I immersed myself in it, painting murals and connecting with the spiritual side of art that resonated deeply within me.
My father's support was crucial. He encouraged my artistic pursuits, from asking me to create a sign for his peanut business to providing me with my first paint set. His belief in my talent was a guiding light, especially during the tough times. Losing my job and facing financial hardships tested my resolve, but I turned to art as my anchor. An internship at Vibe magazine broadened my horizons, showing me the interplay between art and business. Starting my own publications taught me to blend creativity with entrepreneurship, navigating challenges with unwavering determination. Every step of the way, I relied on my motto, "Don't quit!"—a mantra that became my lifeline, guiding me through adversity.
